This certificate is required for companies that have reached a certain level of savings to operate in government-designated and supported regions, using high value-added, advanced, and suitable technological systems to achieve international competitiveness.
INWARD PROCESSING PERMIT (Dahilde İşleme İzin Belgesi)
This permit is obtained to benefit from exemptions such as customs duties, VAT, and KKDF fund when importing raw materials, as well as VAT exemptions when purchasing local raw materials.
OUTWARD PROCESSING PERMIT (Hariçte İşleme İzin Belgesi)
This permit is required to benefit from customs duty and VAT exemptions on products sent abroad (including free zones) for processing at lower costs during import.
USED MACHINERY IMPORT PERMIT
For companies wishing to import “old, used, or refurbished machinery and equipment” to be used in their production facilities, special import permit procedures must first be carried out through the Ministry of Economy.
