Within this scope, the main services we offer to our clients include:
- Analyzing our clients’ current customs processes; collecting accurate and complete information regarding goods imported or exported by our clients; determining and applying the appropriate customs regime based on the submitted documents; and, if necessary, filing preliminary examination (küşat) requests.
- Checking the mandatory documents that must be submitted to the customs authorities according to the applicable customs regime.
- Determining the Customs Tariff Statistical Position (C.T.S.P.) of the goods in accordance with Customs Law No. 4458 and related regulations.
- Preparing and signing customs declarations under our Customs Broker authority, ensuring that the goods are subject to a legal customs regime as per Customs Law and related legislation.
- Obtaining preliminary permissions required under export regulations, certifying A.TR, EUR.1, and Certificate of Origin documents, and ensuring their validation according to the destination country’s requirements.
- Upon client request, identifying and documenting any deficiencies, damages, or discrepancies in the incoming goods, preparing official reports, and informing the client and relevant authorities.
- Calculating customs duties and providing detailed information to the client.
- Monitoring and finalizing the customs declaration process with our customs experts at the customs authorities.
- Delivering completed customs declaration documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers to our clients within a reasonable timeframe.
- Organizing and following up on permits, exemptions, and sample collection procedures required by other official institutions and organizations besides the customs authorities for import and export transactions.
- Obtaining, tracking, and finalizing the necessary permits related to the goods to be imported or exported (such as Inward Processing, Outward Processing, and Investment Incentive Certificates).
- Filing and concluding reconciliation applications with Regional Directorates or the Ministry of Trade regarding tax and penalty disputes encountered with customs administrations.
- Digitally archiving documents related to our clients’ completed import and export operations.
- Ensuring accurate and fast electronic data flow for all transactions we provide, and offering e-archive access to allow clients to view their process-related data and documents online.
- Providing written and/or verbal consultancy services on all matters related to foreign trade and customs procedures upon client request, as well as updates regarding legislative changes.
